| The primary mission of the Center is to address the mental health needs of children and their caretakers through a comprehensive outpatient counseling and community education program. A key component of the Center's philosophy is that services be affordable, culturally and linguistically appropriate and directed towards the high risk, low income, under-served population in the community. Our goals are to alleviate the trauma of child abuse and mental illness, promote primary prevention skills, and encourage the development of health family relationships. |
